Support Kirkland Museum as a Volunteer!

This is a unique and exciting time to get involved as Kirkland Museum prepares to move to our new location at 12th and Bannock, opening in 2017! Volunteers give essential support to the museum by assisting staff with administrative tasks and by providing a personal and educational experience for visitors.

How to Get Involved:

  • Current opportunities:

Contact the Coordinator of Volunteers to learn more about our current volunteer opportunities and the next steps to becoming a volunteer at Kirkland Museum.

  • Future Opportunities:

If you are interested in assisting the museum during its closure in 2016 and for the opening in 2017, please fill out the volunteer application online by clicking here. We will contact you once positions become available.

All applicants must be over 18 years of age, complete an interview and a criminal background check before beginning as a volunteer. Volunteers receive training on the museum’s collection, discounts in the museum store, and other benefits.
